Poly ripple screen cloth is light but durable with a higher open area than woven wire. It is very active & increases throughput when compared with conventional woven wire screen cloth. The wire ripple is constructed from a combination of crimped wire (cross) held in place by means of abrasive resistant polyurethane. Reduced Pegging or blinding – increased efficiency capacity. Poly ripple is longer lasting than woven wire & wire ripple, which therefore reduces maintenance and saves money.
