Chema Engineers is committed to delivering premium quality industrial mining equipment and polyurethane wear components. Our warranty terms differ based on the product category:
We provide a 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty on all complete Sand Wash Plants from the date of commissioning or dispatch. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, structural failures under normal operating conditions, and key assemblies (motor, vibrators). Wear items (screen decks, hydrocyclone liners, pump impellers) are excluded from the 1-year coverage.
Due to the highly abrasive and high-impact conditions under which they operate, there is no warranty on spares and wear parts. This includes polyurethane mesh screen panels, flip-flow mats, locking pins, spray nozzles, hydrocyclones, apex/vortex finders, slurry pump impellers, casing liners, conveyor rollers, and belt cleaning scraper blades. All spares are tested and inspected for dimensional accuracy and durometer before leaving our facility.
We offer replacements strictly under the following criteria:
Custom-sized polyurethane mats, screens, nozzles, spools, and custom-molded sleeves are manufactured specifically to customer specifications. Once manufacturing begins, these orders are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-replaceable unless the final product deviates from the signed engineering drawings.
All prices provided on the website or in catalogs are estimated price ranges. Exact quotations will be provided upon review of technical drawings, aggregate feed characteristics, and custom sizing requirements.
