Chema Slurry Pumps feature a split casing design to allow easy access to wet-end liners, impellers, and gland seals during maintenance. Most units come with an assembly aid arm to support the suction casing during component inspection. This allows technicians to swing the casing away from the pump body instead of dropping components or requiring heavy cranes.
Field-replaceable wet-end liners provide superior wear protection and operational longevity. Liners are self-gasketing to deliver leak-proof sealing under high head pressures. Rubber compounds include natural rubber blends for maximum fine sand abrasion resistance and synthetic nitrile for aggressive chemical chemistries.
The bearing assembly utilizes heavy-duty roller bearings and double-row self-aligning spherical roller bearings, eliminating complex preload setup during reassembly. Lubricate as instructed and units are ready for immediate duty cycles.
